- Text & email support — quick answers to daily questions between scheduled calls

- Progress check-ins — regular touchpoints to review goals and celebrate wins
Concierge + In-Person
- Everything in Virtual Concierge — all virtual and between-session support included
- 1 hour in-person visit/month — Kaylen comes to your home, daycare, park, or wherever makes sense

- Hands-on parent coaching — side-by-side guidance during the in-person visit so you feel confident every day
- Ideal for daycares & childcare settings — Kaylen can meet with caregivers directly to align strategies across environments
Is Concierge Right For Us?
Concierge support works especially well for families who…
Can't commit to weekly in-person sessions but want consistent, expert support
Have a child in daycare or preschool and want strategies that work across all settings
Want a therapist they can text when something happens, not just once a week
Prefer to share videos of everyday moments and get targeted, real-time feedback
Want to maintain or build on progress from an evaluation without full weekly sessions
Live further out and want expert support without committing to frequent travel
We Are Private Pay
We are currently private pay and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and checks.
Being private pay allows us to focus entirely on your child's needs — without insurance-driven constraints on session length, frequency, or therapeutic approach. We get to do what's actually best for your family.
Superbill for Out-of-Network
We can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt with the billing codes your insurance company needs — that you may submit for potential out-of-network (OON) reimbursement. Many families are surprised by how much their plan covers.
Before your first session, we recommend asking your insurer:
- Do I have out-of-network occupational therapy benefits?
- What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
- What percentage of the allowed amount will be reimbursed?
- Do I need a referral or prior authorization for OON OT services?
HSA & FSA Welcome
Occupational therapy is generally an eligible expense under Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We accept HSA and FSA cards directly, making it easy to use pre-tax dollars for your child's care.
We recommend confirming eligibility with your HSA/FSA provider, as rules can vary by plan.

Common Questions
Why don't you accept insurance directly? expand_more
Accepting insurance directly requires us to adhere to insurance-approved session limits, conform to narrow coverage criteria that can restrict our therapeutic approach, and spend significant time on administrative overhead. By being private pay, we can offer flexible session lengths, focus on your child's whole developmental picture, and spend our energy on care — not paperwork. We believe this results in better outcomes for families.
How do I submit a superbill to my insurance? expand_more
After each session (or monthly, if preferred), we'll provide a superbill with all the information your insurer needs — CPT codes, diagnosis codes, provider NPI, and service dates. You submit this directly to your insurance company, either online through their member portal, by mail, or by fax. Your insurer will then process it and reimburse you according to your out-of-network benefits.
What payment methods do you accept? expand_more
We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and checks. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have questions about payment arrangements or financial considerations, please reach out — we're happy to have that conversation.
What is your cancellation policy? expand_more
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that life with kids is unpredictable — if something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.
